(November 4, 2015 — Iqaluit, Nunavut) Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI) President Cathy Towtongie congratulates Hunter Tootoo on being appointed the Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard.
