NTI Announces 2012 Photo of the Year Contest Winner

(December 18, 2012 – Iqaluit, Nunavut)      Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. officials today selected the 2012 Photo of the Year. Edward Qaqqasiq of Arctic Bay was awarded $1,000 in prize money for his photograph, entitled ingniksaaluk view. Towtongie will serve as president until 2016.

NTI Disappointed in US Proposal to Stop International trade of Polar Bears

NTI Seeks Input from Inuit on Personal Education Credit

Under the Residential Schools Settlement Agreement, there is a provision to use the remaining funds of the Common Experience Payment Trust Fund toward the Personal Education Credit Program.

Narwhal Tusk Trade Restriction Lifted in All but One Community
