An interested firm or individual (Proponent) may submit a hard and/or an electronic copy of their proposal. Hard copies should be in a sealed envelope or other sealed packaging, clearly marked on envelope/packaging with the name of this RFP. Proposals must be received by NTI no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on February 16, 2024 at the following physical or email address:
