This is not a competitive process – all vendors meeting the minimum requirements will be accepted.

Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI), the representative organization for Nunavut Inuit under the 1993 Nunavut Agreement, issues a Request for Proposal (RFP) for eligible vendors for the gift voucher program for NTI Elections. A full copy of the RFP can be found on NTI’s website www.tunngavik.com or by contacting the email address below.
An eligible vendor needs to meet the following minimum requirements:
· Being a registered Inuit Firm;
· Engaging in the business of providing retail services directly to consumers/customers in Nunavut.
· Having a physical presence in the community being considered and in at least one Nunavut community. “Physical presence” means an office, showroom or retail stores that a customer can review, select and/or inspect the actual products for sale.
· Willing and able to meet NTI’s validation process including checking IDs, keeping track of names of users, safeguarding the vouchers and compiling a list of vouchers received and names of users.
Any interested firm or individual may submit an electronic copy of their proposal no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on April 17, 2026 at the following email address:
