An Inuit Climate Change Creative Campaign
About the Campaign
Voices of the Land is an Inuit-led creative campaign that invites Inuit across Nunavut to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences on climate change and climate action.
As Inuit, our relationship with the land, water, ice, animals, and seasons is strong and deeply rooted in who we are. Climate change is already affecting our everyday lives, and Inuit voices are essential to shaping what climate action looks like in Nunavut.
This campaign creates space for Inuit to share our own stories, reflections, and creativity about climate change and climate action. By bringing our voices together, we can learn from one another and strengthen Inuit‑led conversations on climate change across Nunavut.
Who Can Participate
Any Inuk living in Nunavut can participate. All ages are welcome — from youth to Elders.
You do not need to be an artist or professional creator. What matters most is your voice and perspective.
What You Can Submit
We welcome any creative expression that shows how you think about, feel, or talk about climate change and climate action.
Submissions can include, but are not limited to:
· Photos or drawings
· Poems or stories
· Essays or reflections
· Songs or audio recordings
· Videos
· Drum dancing or other dances
· Any other creative way you want to share your voice
Submissions can be in Inuktut or English.

· Contributing to a collective Inuit voice ahead of the Nunavut Inuit Climate Action Plan launch
