Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI) is seeking a qualified contractor who will support the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues Member for the Socio Economic Region of the Arctic to conduct a literature review on best practices for the reconciliation of the relationship between state and Indigenous peoples following a time of imperialism. There should be a specific focus on economic reconciliation.
