Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI) invites qualified companies or teams to submit proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). NTI is seeking a turnkey solution to design, manufacture, deliver, and install an all-season Emergency Respite Shelter in a Nunavut community. The pilot project will provide immediate support to individuals experiencing homelessness, aligned with Reaching Home program objectives.
