Feasibility Study: Shared Responsibility Model for Inuit Child First Initiative (ICFI) in Nunavut

This Request for Proposal is to conduct a feasibility study on a shared responsibility model for Inuit Child First Initiative (ICFI) in Nunavut. The feasibility study will determine the role(s) of Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI), Regional Inuit Associations (RIAs) including Community Liaison Officers (CLOs). As well, the feasibility study will determine the role(s) of ICFI service providers in Non-Governmental Organizations in a shared responsibility model, as significant partners in the current ICFI program in Nunavut. Additionally, the feasibility study will produce a costing analysis for the proposed shared responsibility model for Nunavut.

An interest firm or individual (Proponent) may submit a hard copy and/or an electronic copy of their proposal.
