NTI is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the design and construction of four (4) Transitional Houses (Independent Living) in the Hamlets of Gjoa Haven, Sanikiluaq, Baker Lake and Pangnirtung. Through this public RFP, Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI) is open to receiving for consideration housing construction solutions that are stick-built, panelized, and/or modular, recognizing the aim to maximize the delivery of sustainable affordable housing. As such, proponents are encouraged to provide proposals that meet the needs of NTI in the most cost-effective way. Given the remote logistics of Nunavut, NTI acknowledges that for certain communities, the 2025 sealift shipping deadline may not be met, and will take this into consideration for proposed timelines submitted by proponents.
