Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI) is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant or consulting team to conduct research and engagement on the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program for Nunavut Inuit and conduct a deep dive into the medical travel program in Nunavut and its impact on Inuit. The primary objective of this work is to inform what Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated’s (NTI) role in NIHB in the future could be with recommended approaches for improved NIHB delivery in Nunavut. The outcomes of this work will also be utilized for policy advocacy purposes to ensure that Inuit have equitable and timely access to health and wellbeing services.
