Under the Direction of the Director of Inuit Programs and Services, The Enrolment Manager will ensure the NTI Enrolment Program and Enrolment manual are up to date and carried out as outlined under Article 35 of the Nunavut Agreement. This position oversees the administration of NTI’s Enrolment Program in conjunction with the enrolment committees set up in each Nunavut community.
The Enrolment Manager will develop, review, maintain and update a list of all Nunavut Beneficiaries of the Nunavut Agreement. Monitor the enrolment appeals process, including the operations of Nunavut Enrolment Appeals Committee to improve the enrolment applications process, coordinate and maintaining Community Enrolment Committees meetings and Enrolment Secretaries. Supervise and train Administrative Support team.
To be invited for an interview; you will possess a Diploma in Management Studies, Office Administration or similar Program. A minimum of 3 years of Office Administration experience. Good team player, self-motivated and directed. Good organizational and interpersonal skills Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to make effective presentations in a variety of means and audiences as we as work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and groups both Government and claimant. Ability to speak Inuktut is an asset. Equivalencies will be considered. Preference will be given to Inuit who are enrolled under the Nunavut Agreement.

Starting salary is $83,173.00 per annum (commensurate with experience) a comprehensive benefit package including an employee pension plan, group insurance and vacation travel assistance.
NTI provides a variety of housing supports to employees including down payment assistance and housing allowance of $27,600.
