Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI), the representative organization for Nunavut Inuit under the 1993 Nunavut Agreement, issues a Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) to update NTI’s lists of qualified contractors that are able to provide certain consulting and similar services to NTI under a standing offer agreement in accordance with NTI’s Procurement Policy. NTI has identified seven (7) Procurement Areas for the purpose of this RFSO:
Area 1 (List 1) | General corporate, financial and human resources administration and management (including training) |
Area 2 (List 2) | Nunavut Agreement implementation in general (except for Areas 3, 4, 5 and 6) |
Area 3 (List 3) | Wildlife and environment including project assessment |
Area 4 (List 4) | Lands and resources management including but not limited to administration of Inuit Owned Lands and minerals |
Area 5 (List 5) | Inuit employment and training |
Area 6 (List 6) | Social and cultural development including Inuktut development and promotion; health administration and research. |
Area 7 (List 7) | Inuit political development and governance including self-government, Inuit-Crown relations, infrastructure and housing |
An interested firm or individual may submit a hard copy and/or an electronic copy of their proposal. Proposals must be received by NTI no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on March 08, 2024 at the following physical or email address:

(the “Inquiry Contact”). Any responses, and any changes to the RFSO will be posted on the NTI website.Contractors with a standing offer agreement with NTI to March 31, 2024, in the absence of significant changes to their proposals, may indicate, by email, their intention to renew for the 2024-2025 fiscal year without submitting a full application.
