Notice is given to the eligible voters at a Kivalliq Inuit Association election that nominations for candidates for the 2011 election have been accepted as follows:

Any voter who believes that a candidate is not eligible shall provide a written notice to the candidate, specifying the reasons and requiring the candidate to make a declaration as to his/her eligibility to the Returning Officer before 3:00 p.m., on the 9^th day of November, 2011.
