Paurngaq Cheesecake

2 c graham crumbs
½ c melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix and place in bottom of 9×13” pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile…

1 bar of cream cheese softened
½ c sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in a bowl with a mixer until creamy. Pour over the crumbs evenly. Add three cups of paurngaqs over the cheese mixture. Top with cool whip and place in refrigerator for at least three hours.
