NTI to Host Annual Televised Year-in-Review Program

(December 12, 2007 — Iqaluit, Nunavut) Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. will broadcast the annual live, two-hour Year-in-Review televised program on the Aboriginal People’s Television Network (APTN) Northern Service on Jan. 10, 2008 from 9-11 p.m. EST.

President Paul Kaludjak, 1st Vice-President James Eetoolook and Vice-President of Finance Raymond Ningeocheak will all participate in the broadcast with well-known host and former CBC personality Moses Atagoyuk.

NTI organizes the annual Year-in-Review Program to give Beneficiaries the opportunity to call in and express their concerns and ask questions. The informational program will also update Beneficiaries on the accomplishments made by NTI in 2007.

Beneficiaries are encouraged to watch the program and take part by calling in with questions about issues, including NLCA implementation, finances, Inuit and Impact Benefit Agreements, wildlife, and the lawsuit against the Government of Canada. This is the fifth annual Year-in-Review Program hosted by NTI.
